'Look Into a Mirror Often Enough And You Will See The Devil.'
Is the person calling 'me' a devil? Or what?

no , he's clearly not calling you the devil. If he was, he would just say "look into the mirror and you'll see the devil". He added often enough, so he's clearly trying to say something else.
Now I've never heard this expression before so i couldnt tell you for sure what it means, but one of the 7 deadly sins, and in fact the most basic and dangerous deadly sin. It is the sin that made Lucifer fall from heaven, therefore, pride is the absolute first sin in all of the universe and it was originated with Satan, the devil. So maybe he's trying to say you are too proud, conceited, or full of yourself.
Just a guess, i could be wrong0
