  • - Red meat (preferably grass-fed, and don't be afraid of animal fats)
    - Eggs
    - Nuts
    - Cruciferous vegetables (cabbage, spinach, kale, broccoli)

    Avoid:
    - Sugar
    - Soya
    - Alcohol (if you must, drink vodka, avoid beer)

    Exercise is important too. Lift heavy weights, do 5x5 stronglifts routine if you're a beginner or 5/3/1 if you've already been lifting for a while (google them). If you want to do cardio do high intensity interval training or sprints - short and intense. This will boost your testosterone levels massively.
