Sleeping tips anyone?

For the past couple of nights I haven't been sleeping much and it's hard for me to go to sleep does anyone have any sleeping tips I can use

  • I feel the same. I actually fall asleep at around 5 or 6 in the morning. may be because of internet n laptop. back in olden days there was no complain about sleeping, anxiety, depression or anything that have now. could also be the result of consumption of inorganic n processed foods.

  • Zzzquil will help you go to sleep and *stay* asleep... but I'd only recommend half a dose... Both pills makes it hard to get up in the morning...

  • Close your eyes for a long time, play soft musics, or/and do something that'll burn energy.
