Tips for an interview at a restaurant?

I have an interview tomorrow at a restaurant/bar.
I've never worked in the restaurant buisness. (applying for either hostess, server assistant, or barback)

Do you guys have any tips for me? I know I should try to smile a lot.
What should I say if they ask me if I have any questions? I usually blank when it comes to this.

thanks in advance!
