How do I become less stressed?

Because of the amount of stuff we have to learn in uni, I've been feelings stressed to the point that if there's a slight issue, I get a huge headache and can't sleep properly anymore.

  • Try exercising! it really helps :) And always remember to reward yourself after a task. Example, completing an assignment. Go for a movie or eat your favourite food. It keeps the motivation going and a nice way to distress as well.
