I get pretty nervous.
So much so, that I talk to myself in my mind and tell myself to calm down.
I try not to over stress.
Lots of it. I have anxiety issues. So I stress about being stressed and it's just a never-ending cycle.
I tend to get anxiety attacks. Not nearly as bad as the ones that people with diagnosed anxiety problems have, but I still get the hyperventilation, rapid heartbeat, and it feels like I'm going insane.
A lot. I'm a god damn mess right now.
I get so many breakdown but I leave the people i'm with so they don't see how broken I really am.
I tend not to panic. I try to remain calm so i'm able to think of a logical solution to my problem. Panicking leads to chaos and irrational thinking
