  • This happens before a test usually.

    When I get super stressed, I get up and take a few slow/ deep breath? Then take a cool shower.

    That usually works for me.

    If it does not, I read a book that I know will motivate me.

    Or research on some more tips , etc. Usually works.

    Better to take care of it when it is mild to moderate than moderately to severely stressed.

  • I listen to music, pray, or read. Just take some time off from whatever is stressing you.

  • i bottle it up and just keep on going. I understand what it is that's giving me anxiety and I just try to ignore it, which doesn't work most of the time. But I still do what I have to do.
