I was really upset earlier when I was out with my mum for some reason and was on the verge of bursting into tears for most of the time. When I got home, the tears started spilling out but I sucked it back in so I wouldn't cry in front of my mum. This is probaby bottled emotion and I don't feel healthy keeping it in. I want to cry later on but I'm not feeling particularly upset anymore. How do I get it back out?
