It depends on what you mean by the "best" degree.
If you're talking about this from a salary standpoint, I would say Accounting, Medicine or Engineering, as well as Languages (translation) and so on.
If you're talking about this from a job availability standpoint, I would go with Nursing, Teacher Education, Engineering, and Medicine as well.
If you combine both of those aspects, you should have no issues with your degree. Then again, you should choose a degree of what interests you, not what is the "best." I would also NEVER go into a field solely for the money, as that could make your life miserable.
