Northeastern Ohio (Cleveland in particular) is consistent with New England accents, especially western New Yorker and Pennsylvanian. Central and Western Ohio (Minus the Cincinnati area) is consistent with south-Midwest accents, and Southern Ohio is consistent with Southern accents.0
