What can a person do instead of cutting? Like if I were depressed and/or super stressed and would normally resort to cutting but was trying to stop doing that, what are some examples of things I could do instead?

Exercise, smiling, sex and eating (Most effective is chocolate) releases endorphines which can substitute the endorphine rush you get from cutting. You could hold ice or snap a rubber band against your wrist when you feel like cutting since both are less damaging. Music might help also.2
