I'm thinking of opening a diner here in Brooklyn next year... I know where it's going to be, but I'm short on names.
My main one is "The 911" since the address is 911 ... what do you think?

Don't do it. You're way too young to be opening a restaurant, especially in Brooklyn where the competition is so cutthroat. The restaurant industry has one of the highest small business failure rates of any industry. You should be working in restaurants for many years before trying to run one of your own, and you should be working with experienced partners.1
