I find that listening to songs or doing something I like to do helps me deal with my problems. I draw or play the guitar. What do you do, and what songs do you listen to to give you hope, or just to take comfort in knowing that you're not the only one struggling with problems?

I listen to Ambient or Space music to help me relax and maybe fall asleep. Once I feel relaxed I go for a walk, then make some food, and I feel better.0
