Sit ups. Fatigue your abdominal muscles until they can't cramp anymore. You know this will get way better as you get older, too. Cramps are how your body trains your uterine muscles to be strong enough to carry and deliver a pregnancy, so the sooner you get them "strong enough" the sooner the cramps change from torture to a mild backache.

Pain meds and sleep. Also, ice not heat. Heat will make it worse because it increases blood flow, whereas ice will decrease it. Stay away from caffeine, too.

The best thing is a hot water bottle on the area it's hurting and don't move too much.
Drink a lot of water and try to watch something that you find amusing.

Are they period camps? If so, heating pad and Mydol. If they are food cramps. Firgive my bluntness, you may have to poo, take pepto bismol. Good luck.
