What are the first signs of getting bigger?

I've gone to the gym for the last 3 weeks... 2-3 times per week for an 1.30 hrs to 2.00 hours...

So yeah, I've been wondering what the first signs are...

I know it's not too long, but surely it must have started, right?

  • Every time I switch over to my training reigiem I put on about a stone of muscle mass in the first couple of months, but don't look any different. That weight spike is the obvious sign.
