It's usually said when you're frustrated. It's sort of like an "oh damn it" or "are you serious?" kind of term. "Aish" is more of an exasperated "oh no" and "Jinjja" is like "Seriously? Really?"

If that's supposed to be Korean, then it just means like "Oh... really omg" or something along those lines. It doesn't really have an exact translation but something like that.
From google it seems to mean "Ah... Really"
