I'm trying to Lose weight before school starts. Especially back fat and my stomach... Every time I try to set a goal I quit because it's hard... Any easy/fun things I can do to lose weight?

I am going to give you 2 links, one to an article that Shin Ohtake wrote about diet and the other to his website home page. Most people diet and exercise in ways that are not very good for a healthy body or for losing weight. Follow his advice, it is very good. Don't buy his book, just apply what he says to your own workouts.
