Be tired and comfortable. Try to clear your mind of any worries and lay in a dark room quiet and away from others. Curl up and drift away. Other than that then sleeping pills maybe required
Turn off your computer/phone, jump into your jammies, turn off the light, and hop in bed. If you want to save time, skip the jammies. Haha jk
I've noticed that I fall to sleep a lot faster if I read a few pages from a book, first.

Drinking tea at the right time, or get some the like top care zzz sleep
run 4-7 miles that day, take shower and just crash
