Most Helpful Guy
I do many things to get my mind off of things.
-I exercise. This helps relieve stress and keeps me distracted.
-I listen to music, which really helps.
-I masturbate, which clearly relieves stress and gives me pleasure.
-I eat, which I try not to eat too much if I'm not hungry.
-I watch television, play video games or surf the internet.
All of the above keep my mind off of problems and help relieve stress.0
