Do people these days have a more go with the flow attitude towards life these days as opposed to that of their grandparents when it comes to solidifying a career and starting a family? For instance, Your grandad may have had a joinery apprenticeship as a teenager and stuck being a joiner his whole life. Same with family, back in the days of my grandparents people were getting married at 18 and starting a family.
Or do people these days want to go out, have fun, sleep around and change jobs as they see fit?
