And you had a supervisor who basically worked under you and directly worked with employees would you ever wonder why your supervisor keep losing employees and has the highest lost out of the other supervisors?

  • No. As a manager I would have exit interviews with employees to find out why they are leaving. that is common in a lot of businesses. Then you don't have to wonder.
