What do you do when you feel overwhelmed by life?

When you get the feeling you're not attractive, that nothing good's coming your way, and life is spiraling out of control? What do you do when it seems like you just don't know what to do, everybody's mad at you, and life is always going to be this way?

  • I don't feel that I'm that attractive either and I get how you're feeling. It's pretty much all about what goes on in your mind. If you think you don't look good, neither is anyone else. If you think you're gonna have a bad day, you probably will. Flip those thoughts around. Think of everything good that has happened even if it's really small, thinking positive can get you a long way believe me. Just find little things to be happy about. Positive thoughts outweigh negative thoughts every time. And force yourself to smile it actually does make you feel a little bit better. I've tried it.

    Eat... A lot
    Pity myself... But then I eventually get over it and say 'life will go on' and 'its not the end of the world'.
    Take a deep breath
    Go on the treadmill
    Go for a walk outside

    Think about how amazing the future will be
    Move on.
