Girls, will wearing foundation for a month and then stopping after a month, ruin my skin and age it for life? I have never worn it before this?

The only thing that will prematurely age your skin is UV exposure and smoking, so use a moisturiser with SPF in it every day and don't smoke.

If you have skin like mine, then wearing foundation will make your skin way worse than if you didn't wear it. I'd say avoid it and just use concealer on any obvious spots. Let the rest of your skin breathe.

1 month straight? I think you should give your skin a time to breathe. Maybe wear it only when you're going out, like weekdays and stay makeup free on weekends.
Although if you want great skin, I find that eating more nutritiously is a much effective way of keeping it healthy.

oh, yeah :) I thought you'd wear it for like 8 or more hours. I've observed that my face becomes dull if I use too much for a prolonged period of time.

Nope, you will be fine if you do this. Just make sure to use a good cleanser to get it all off, or try a bb cream if you do not need a lot of coverage!

Nop, just make sure you clean your face deeply. A huge mistake is to keep the make up.
