I have less than one month to get out of my comfort zone and do something I've never done before, help?

i have social anxiety and im pretty awkward. i hate it, i hate myself , im going ot do something I've never done before in front of the whole school because its paart of my ASB grade. its all about challenging myself. and i really need to get out there and stop being so quiet and awkward. but how? what do i do to channge? please give me goals and advice? i need it so much
