@klaatu51 and @LittleSally brought up that the thought of not existing is scarier to them than going to hell.

Honestly don't find either of them scary. I don't believe in hell so that helps a bit.1

Neither are scary. Death is a a part of life. I am not religious so I do not believe in a hell or heaven. It is normal to be afraid of not existing anymore, as a young child the thought frightened me. As I grew older I realized that many have died before me. Millions, billions have died before me. What makes my death any different. Nothing. Stop worrying about death and live your life, do not let it paralyze you. I believe in souls. Dying a good person rather than a shitty one should be the goal. Best of luck to you.1
