  • The Green Mile is similar to the Shawshank redemption and it's the only film to have made me cry. One of my favourite films. :)

      Great movie!

Most Helpful Guy

  • I love slow psychological thrillers that most importantly have something to say. I want a movie to SAY something. Speak to me and make me think about a new point of view.

I like the movies that people usually say are too preachy. Anyway if someone likes the kinds of movies you really have to pay attention to and make you see things differently, check out Ex Machina. It's very slow but the characters are dynamic and unique. You may have to see it a few times to get the ending.

    I love Blade Runner too.

  • I've seen a hundred or 200 movies, maybe double that.
It would take days to chose and list the 20 best.

  • I can't think of any off the top of my head for all time. But in relatively recently released movies I'd say Interstellar was pretty great.
