My case is an assualt case (rape) he said he is fAirly confident he is going to nail the guy he said his boss put a halt to the case and has to bring in a specialist this week to see me.. They have fastracked the whole thing..

after such a thing.

The best you can do, is either to occupy your thoughts with something else
or get it off your chest altogether by talking to someone. ^.^
