What food do you eat for breakfast?
What Guys Said 15
On weekdays when I don't have much time, I usually have oatmeal, or I'll take a Kind bar and protein shake out the door with me. One day on the weekend I'll have 2 pieces of center cut bacon (less fat than regular bacon, see about it👍), either two eggs over-medium or 5 egg whites scrambled with one yolk, and two pieces of whole wheat toast💪😋1
I eat a lot of natural food for breakfast.
- One huge bowl of milk+wheat bix+protein/vitamin powder mixture.
- 2-4 eggs.
- brown bread sandwhich with ham, cheese, lettuce/tomatos/gherkins.
- Various fruits2
Some days it's a banana. Today it was a strawberry, peach and blueberry smoothie with added protein powder and apple juice.1
One big slice of bread, cut in two.
Two thirds with process cheese One third with chocolate.
A big mug or two cups of black coffee.1
I eat sex.

Most of the times nothing, sometimes it's whatever I can grab on my way out the door.1
I had a sausage and cheese sandwich on a toasted English muffin1
I can't eat the same thing for breakfast more than three days in a row.1
I really dont like to eat sandwiches in the morning. I prefer to eat a piece of cake or just cereals.1
