  • On weekdays when I don't have much time, I usually have oatmeal, or I'll take a Kind bar and protein shake out the door with me. One day on the weekend I'll have 2 pieces of center cut bacon (less fat than regular bacon, see about it👍), either two eggs over-medium or 5 egg whites scrambled with one yolk, and two pieces of whole wheat toast💪😋

  • I eat a lot of natural food for breakfast.

    - One huge bowl of milk+wheat bix+protein/vitamin powder mixture.
    - 2-4 eggs.
    - brown bread sandwhich with ham, cheese, lettuce/tomatos/gherkins.
    - Yoghurt
    - Various fruits

    - Cereal
    - Toast with butter and marmite or slice of ham
    - Croissants/ Pain Au Chocolat (LOVE CROISSANTS)
    - Bacon roll / Sausage roll
    - Leftovers if I don't have much time.

    I don't often have a fry up. I make them for my other half and I'll just have bacon or sausage.
