On weekdays when I don't have much time, I usually have oatmeal, or I'll take a Kind bar and protein shake out the door with me. One day on the weekend I'll have 2 pieces of center cut bacon (less fat than regular bacon, see about it👍), either two eggs over-medium or 5 egg whites scrambled with one yolk, and two pieces of whole wheat toast💪😋1
I eat a lot of natural food for breakfast.
- One huge bowl of milk+wheat bix+protein/vitamin powder mixture.
- 2-4 eggs.
- brown bread sandwhich with ham, cheese, lettuce/tomatos/gherkins.
- Various fruits2
Some days it's a banana. Today it was a strawberry, peach and blueberry smoothie with added protein powder and apple juice.1
One big slice of bread, cut in two.
Two thirds with process cheese One third with chocolate.
A big mug or two cups of black coffee.1
I eat sex.
Most of the times nothing, sometimes it's whatever I can grab on my way out the door.1

Sometimes on the odd occasion I'll do toast if I'm in a rush.1

- Toast with butter and marmite or slice of ham
- Croissants/ Pain Au Chocolat (LOVE CROISSANTS)
- Bacon roll / Sausage roll
- Leftovers if I don't have much time.
I don't often have a fry up. I make them for my other half and I'll just have bacon or sausage.1

Cereal, cold pasta, croissants, fruit salad, salad, scrambled eggs with ham and sausage and bread. It's either one of these depending on the time I have to prepare it.1
