    • Roast some potatoes! And put some spices on it! IF need more add any protein on the side aka chicken fish etc. Something lighter? You could eat some cucumber sandwiches aka use cucumber as the bread and add your turkey and stuff in the middle? Chop up some veggies and add some salt!

  • Churros, Cheerios (Honey Nut), Swiss Coco Bits, Spaghetti Pesto (real easy to prepare), Risotto (again - really easy to make).

    You can also search Blogilates (youtuber) on foods that take less than 5 minutes to makes - her homemade pancakes and cookies are my fav.
