I'm a petite girl, and I just want a little more thickness to my legs more so my thighs not so much but just enough. Any suggestions?

Gaining mass is a two part system. Your diet, consisting of high-protein. Then your workout intensity. Try lunges, squats, leg presses with weights. For easy protein I'd suggest egg whites. I eat 5 eggs a day as part of my diet. I get a bulk of my protein from breakfast alone. Good luck.0

Chicken (white breast meat) is a good protein to gain some weight, if you are exercising. It'll help gaining muscle. I usually eat some chicken breast, brown rice, and broccoli or asparagus.
You can always try to do squats (exercise), cycling, and leg weights to gain some muscle. It'll tone your legs, too.0
