Stand up and lift one leg, can you do it without leaning?

Stand up and lift one leg, do you start to lean towards one side or can you stand completely still?

If I remember, I think if you start leaning that means you have some muscle weakness, I don't remember which muscle though

  • just did it... the active muscle i feel is my hamstring so i guess if you couldn't balance yourself it would be due to a weak hammy
