Stand up and lift one leg, do you start to lean towards one side or can you stand completely still?
If I remember, I think if you start leaning that means you have some muscle weakness, I don't remember which muscle though

just did it... the active muscle i feel is my hamstring so i guess if you couldn't balance yourself it would be due to a weak hammy0
