I squat 135lbs since I've just started doing for like a month and I've never done them before.

  • I squat 110. I could do more (used to do up in the 300's) but I've been out of practice for a while and I don't want to just jump in and kill myself lol

    Working back up to it though!

  • I used to go to gym but then I stopped when I used to go to the gym I would lift weights and count how many times I lifted and I would count up to 15 times

  • It depends on whether I have to do #1 or #2. If I have to do #2, I'm definitely going to be squatting, but if I'm doing #1, I just stick with the standing curls.
