I take a shower, this should help lower your core temp and make you sleepy.
Have a warm glass of milk (warm, NOT boiled).
Relax. Turn off your phone, looking at screens will keep your brain active and stimulated, not relaxed and sleepy.
Meditate. Just practice your breathing, slow and steady. Lie down and try and relax every muscle in your body, then breathe in and imagine the oxygen running through you, out from your lungs, into your blood, down your body, down your legs and into the tips of your toes. Hold the breath a short while and then slowly breathe out, imaging all the oxygen rushing back through your blood. You should get it so that your out-breath is longer than your in breath, the longer it is the better because you will be expelling as much dirty air as you can. Concentrating on this process really helps you to calm down and relax.0
