I can get really stressed out at points, where I start to feel sick or not myself. how I can control not being stressed and staying calm when I start to get feel like this? And how do you guys deal with stress?

When you start to feel stress, just remember the last time you felt this way and how you made it through. Everyone gets stressed, and we all get through it even if it feels like trying to walk through a jungle in the dark. :)2
