One brother is so handsome and one is not good looking. Which kind of twin they are? Why they does not look same?

Sounds like they are from two eggs rather than being identical twins from a single egg.0

You can have identical and non-identical twins. Basically, the identicle twins (monozygotic) are born when one egg splits into two fetuses. Because they're from the exact same egg and exact same sperm, they have the same DNA which means they look the same. The non-identicle twins (dizygotic) are born from two separate eggs and two separate sperm at the same time. These are like any other siblings and share roughly 50% of their DNA, so they'll probably look similar, but they won't look exactly the same. If one twin looks a lot different from the other one in terms of things like facial features, they're probably dizygotic twins.0
