  • It would be uncommon to use me either.

    You could say;

    You me, either or.

    But you need to add punctuation for it to make sense. More likely you would say "Me neither" to agree on a disagreeance with one another. Though not sure "me neither" is proper English or not. Probably should be "Neither do I".
