If I have to cry, I just cry. I don't hold back my tears anymore. After I cry, my brain functions much better. My Spirit is able to use my brain and body much better after I cry. I think it's really bad to repress your tears. It's better to let it all out. :D So, if you cry easily, it's actually okay. If you hold back your tears, it can actually hurt your brain and body... which in turn can hurt Your Spirit, too. If you're not experiencing happiness after letting out all your tears, then you really need someone to connect with. :D You don't need to experience your sadness alone. :D There is always someone that can help you get through your sadness and bring you the happiness you seek. :D1

As i've gotten older yes and I hate it so much. I've tired to make it were I don't do that easily. Since all crying does is make me feel like shit, then my eyes burn, nose stopped up, and get extreme headaches. So I rather avoid them.
Though crying hard is more rare. Which is good because when I cry really hard I start to hyperventilate. So then after a point I get really weak, dizzy, and then just want to pass out.1
