No she not my girlfriend

Just a nice thing to say. Some people say "love" or "honey" to everyone. Even to strangers1

"thanks love" is just a common phrase in some places. It's like saying "thanks darling", "thanks kid", "thanks friend".
Some people have just been taught that when you say thanks you add an honorific title afterwards rather than a persons name. "Thanks whatever" is generally a regional or sub cultural affectation and which word is inserted after "thanks" will depend on that background.
Unless she's faking the accent and her background to flirt with you it's generally nothing more than a passing "thank you".0
