both. i stress-starve AND stress-eat. really depends. i think the worse i feel, the less i eat.
I can't eat anything when I'm stressed. I can literally barely breathe. And breathing is important. (surprising, I know)
Tbh, I stress eat... a lot. I can never tell the difference between being hungry or just bored and something to do to take something off my mind. When I am stressed, I make my favorite comfort food, listen to music, and lay on my bed and think.

Kind of. I put in a sugar free mint or something to help me curb the urge to eat (when I don't need to eat). When I was stressed, I used to chew gum but now my jaw hurts so I stopped chewing gum.
