I want to lose weight and tone up as my body image and self esteem is really low im 15 and i weigh 121 pounds i want to get to about 100 and get toned. and i no swimming is good for this as when i stopped cutting for a short time while i was in recovery i lost 1 stone swiomming daily but i relapsed bad and can't stop now my arms and legs r covered in cuts and scars. other excercises or what to do about swimming ways to cover up
