  • Chopped is one of my fav late night shows to watch on the OnDemand! I find the creativity of that show to be fascinating. :-D

  • Boil the peas, quinoa and Brussels sprouts. Cut the Brussels sprouts in three pieces and mix it in with the cooked quinoa and peas. I'd start a pan and fry some mango in little bit of conaloa oil and mix it in with the rest. And the sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top!

    Tada! Basic cook ever!
