It depends. I say both, but I find myself saying the first pronunciation more. I blame pirates of the Caribbean.

Both ways. When I say Caribbean Islands I pronounce it like option B. If I'm just saying the Caribbean I pronounce it like option A.
Option A/ the way the way the movie is pronounced.

Americans pronounce it as Cah-Rib-E-In
Everybody else says Cah-ruh-bee-In
