I would like to work on my temper.
In real life I am too defensive and ready to fight.
I think this has to do with my past.
I've always been in the positiion where I have had to fight for myself.
I would like to work on being more calm.
I walk away from situations, but I feel as if I should walk away more.
I stand up for myself because in certain situations , If you do not people
will continue to walk over you. I like to nip the problem in the butt before it gets out of control.
Although I do walk away at times, I feel as if lately I've been up to the challenge far too much with people.

i want to learn on anxiety over the stupidest of things.
without a thought i can save a life without thinking of consequences but when it comes to something so simple as to talk to someone i may have any sort of interest in i freeze and its stupid, so that is my top priority...2
