Staying organized, refraining from procrastination, setting short and long term goals and doing more outside your home. Helping others is also a great way to feel better.0

Try to get out of the house at least once a week (going to school or work doesn't count), exercise at least once a week even if you only go for a 10 minute walk and talk to friends and family0
