Sounds like something that would indicate more of a feeling of infatuation than anything else. If I were to hear it from my boyfriend, for example, I'd appreciate it but.. it's a pretty superficial compliment.

I'd way rather hear something like 'I'm so lucky to have you' or 'I'm so lucky to be able to call you my girl'.

I wouldn't trust this hah It can mean all of the above depending on the situation and the person who uses it. Just like any other phrase, it can be used for anything. I myself have used it in its different meanings with different people, so its very dependant on the context of the conversation. Out of context, it can mean anything.

I think that guys have answered depending on their current mood. If there's a girl you like, you're gonna be more happy-lovey-dovey than usual, and this would affect your choices, and interactions with other people. At least thats what I noticed with me hah
