Do you lose weight as you get older?

So I noticed my stomach is slightly flatter plus I have a thigh gap now. I haven't changed anything exercise or diet wise.
Does it have to do with getting older and losing baby fat?

  • Tend to gain weight after the hormones settle in
If you are loosing it is hormones starting.
Try to figure your new caloric needs.
    Make a new diet.
After you are settled in on the diet, it should be your caloric intake for at least 10 years, as long as your activity level stays the same

    And thigh gaps... Hot

  • No. Most people gain weight as they get older and their metabolism slows. but at 15, you've got a while till that happens.

  • Possibly but your hormones are changing and probably have some testosterone as well. However, if you don't exercise, you will gain weight.
