um I'm not sure what they meant by that but it doesn't sound like a compliment to me.
Finesse (from French finèsse) means doing something with great skill and in a careful, sometimes sophisticated way. For example you might build a house of playing cards with finesse. In your example, it probably means that you've snuck an item very skillfully out of Walmart (so nobody detected you).
Did you haggle the Walmart employees for a good deal on something? lol!
