I always get told off for slouching but when I try to sit up straight or stand up straight my neck tends to still look weird like I was still slouching. What should I do?
Even when I try not to, I always look like I'm slouching. Help?

Sometimes when you walk, just stop and lift your upper body with your shoulders back.1
Hang upside down? Stretch? Work out your lower back?1
