I mean, I got over myself and was practicing martial arts without warming up. All of a sudden, I felt a sharp pain after I did a side kick. It's fine walking, but geting up from sitting is quite painful, I would have to find another way to get up. At martial arts class, when an instrutor was helping me and telling me to get in kick position, it was painful lifting my leg to do it. by the way, its at the trace of my right leg its by the "V"
