My sleeping pattern is backwards. How do I fix it?

I sleep during the day and Im awake at night. It started with stomach pain and now I can't fall asleep at the time I need to. Any suggestions

  • I get like this bro and what helps me is only sleeping a 1-3 hours because then my body will be in sleep debt and I'll either be tired through out the rest of the day or I'll be tired early which means sleeping earlier and waking up sooner :)
